No. Every business gets its own booking page (rezdock.com/b/your-name) that you can share on Google, Instagram, Facebook or in messages. If you have a website, you can add the widget with one line of code.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. Pick your business type and Rezdock suggests typical services.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They pick a service and time, enter their name and email, and they're booked. They can change or cancel from the confirmation email.
Why do you ask for a card for the trial?
So your booking page keeps working without a gap when the trial ends. You get an e-mail from our payment partner before the first charge, and you can cancel in two clicks.
What happens after the free trial?
On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you chose. Cancel any time before that and you pay nothing. If you stop paying later, your booking page stops taking bookings, but your data stays.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account.
What will I see on my card statement?
Payments are processed by our payment partner Link (by Stripe), so your statement shows LINK.COM* REZDOCK. Prices include sales tax or VAT where applicable.
Is my clients' data safe?
It is encrypted in transit, never sold or shared, and every business only ever sees its own clients. Clients can ask you to export or delete their data at any time.
