These Terms govern your use of Rezdock, an online booking service run by [bude doplněno], [bude doplněno] (company ID [bude doplněno]) ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you register ("you").

1. The service

Rezdock lets a business publish a booking page and widget, accept bookings from its clients, manage its calendar, team and services, and send booking e-mails and reminders. Features differ by plan, as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts for the business you register.
  • Keep your login details safe and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.
  • The information you give us about your business must be true and kept up to date.

3. Free trial

  • Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, once per business. You add a card when you start it.
  • During the trial you can use everything in the chosen plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken on the day after the trial (day 15).
  • You can cancel during the trial at any time and you will not be charged.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Subscriptions are sold through Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record ("Sold through Link"). Stripe takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page and include sales tax or VAT where it applies. You pay in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly), and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  • When you change plan or billing period, the difference for the rest of the current period is prorated, as shown before you confirm the change.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still fails, your booking page stops taking new bookings until the payment is made; your data stays.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Cancelling and the 30-day money-back guarantee

  • You can cancel at any time under Subscription → Card, invoices and cancelling. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; nothing further is charged.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy, write to [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment for Rezdock and we refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies once per business. After 30 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

6. Your clients' data

When your clients book through Rezdock, you are the controller of their personal data and we process it on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these Terms and applies automatically. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process your clients' data, for your own privacy notice to them, and for the content you publish on your booking page.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Rezdock to:

  • break the law, or offer illegal services;
  • send unsolicited messages or spam, or collect personal data you are not entitled to;
  • upload malware, probe or attack the service, or try to access other businesses' data;
  • resell or rent the service, or copy it, except as these Terms allow;
  • put excessive load on the service, for example by automated bookings or scraping.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually after a warning; immediately if there is a risk to other users, the service or the public.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Rezdock available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we remove a feature that is a material part of your plan, we tell you in advance and you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your current period.

9. Your data when you leave

You can export your clients' data at any time. If your account is closed, we keep your data for 30 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices).

10. Intellectual property

Rezdock, its software and its brand belong to us. You keep all rights to your content (texts, logo, services, clients' data). You let us use your content only to run the service for you.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
  • Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claims in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.
  • You are responsible for the services you provide to your clients and for honouring the bookings you accept.

12. Ending the agreement

You can end the agreement by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. We can end it with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these Terms. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply after it ends.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For changes that affect you, we e-mail you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Courts there have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to sue at home. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
